What PSPO I develops

What PSPO-AI Essentials develops

The one-day Professional Scrum Product Owner - AI Essentials course concentrates on applying AI within product work. It covers enough AI theory to make informed choices, then moves into uses such as product discovery, customer understanding, experimentation, prototyping, and collaboration.

AI can help a Product Owner explore a market, compare evidence, generate options, or shorten the path to an experiment. It can also produce confident errors, expose sensitive information, reinforce bias, and encourage shallow decisions. You may need to judge which data can enter a tool, how to validate generated output, when automation creates more risk than insight, or how AI changes the cost of testing an idea.

The course also makes sense before AI use becomes routine. A Product Owner who can evaluate opportunities, limitations, security, and ethics is better placed to shape working agreements than someone reacting after each tool has already entered the workflow.

Take both when the problems are connected

Many Product Owners need both bodies of knowledge. PSPO gives the wider model for accountability and product decisions. PSPO-AI Essentials adds a focused examination of AI within that model.
