Policies and conditions
Cancellation and refund
Refunds are available on request up to 20 days before the course, with the right to deduct any incurred fees or costs. After that, refunds or transfers to another course date are not possible; however, you may nominate another person to attend in your place, provided you notify us by email before the course starts. If the class is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund, but no compensation for any other losses.
Certification
This is an official Scrum.org course. All participants who complete the Professional Scrum Product Owner course will receive a password for the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) assessment. To earn the industry-recognized PSPO I certification, a score of at least 85% is required. Those who take the PSPO I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not achieve the required score are eligible for one additional attempt at no extra cost. After passing PSPO I, students who attended an official Scrum.org Professional Scrum Product Owner course are also eligible for a 40% discount on the PSPO II assessment.
