Who we are

This website is operated by Good1 Consulting AB, trading as Agile Way, with registered office at Hyllie Boulevard 53, 215 37 Malmö, Sweden. We provide training, coaching, and business consulting services, including information about our courses and a way to contact us.

• Contact form data: We keep it for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up (e.g. training or coaching). We may retain a minimal record for a longer period if required for legal or accounting purposes.
• Preference data: Stored on your device until you clear it or withdraw consent.
• Technical logs: Retained only as long as necessary for security and operation, in line with our hosting provider's practices.
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4): Retained according to the retention period configured in our GA4 property (currently 14 months), after which data is deleted or anonymised according to Google's settings.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask for correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Data portability, where applicable.
