About Agile Way

Agile Way started in 2015 as a blog about Agile, Scrum and product development, written in Italian for practitioners. Over the years it has grown into a reference covering topics from Scrum fundamentals and coaching to Lean, software development practices and organizational change.

agileway.eu is the professional services side: training, coaching and consulting for teams and organizations across Europe. Courses are available as public classes and private in-house sessions, coaching works directly with individuals and leaders, and consulting covers everything from team-level delivery to large-scale transformations and operating model design.

I started out as a software developer and Linux systems administrator, which is where I built the technical foundation I still use today. I encountered Agile and Scrum in 2011 and since then have worked as a Product Owner, Scrum Master and Agile Coach. I still keep close to the technical side, and that background matters: I can follow what developers are actually talking about, and that changes the quality of the conversation.

Outside of coaching and training, I build and run my own product initiatives using Node.js, SvelteKit, Spring Boot and Go, and experiment with RAG-based applications, local AI models and AI workflows and automation. It keeps me grounded in what teams are actually dealing with when AI enters the picture, and that shapes how I approach engagements today.

On the coaching side, in 2023 I obtained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a credential that requires documented coaching hours, mentor coaching and a rigorous assessment process. I also hold certifications in the Agile Coaching track (ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT, ICP-CAT) and an extensive set of Scrum certifications.

I've worked with organizations of different sizes internationally, and have been directly involved in big organization-wide Agile transformations and Agile Operating Model adoptions. That kind of work takes time, involves complexity, and rarely goes in a straight line, which is probably the most useful thing I've learned.

I've been freelance since 2020 and work directly with teams and leaders.

I'm based in southern Sweden and work on-site across the Öresund region, covering Skåne and the Copenhagen area in Denmark. In Italy, my home base is Turin and the Piedmont region, where I'm available for frequent visits. For other locations across Europe, I work either remotely or with a hybrid and flexible setup.
