2 days Instructor-led UXProduct DiscoveryScrum.org assessment

Professional Scrum with User Experience (PSU) is a two-day, hands-on course for Scrum practitioners and UX professionals who want to bring product discovery, user research, design, and delivery together inside one cross-functional Scrum Team.

UX work is often treated as something that happens before development or outside the Sprint. PSU explores a different approach: integrating UX practices into Scrum so the team can learn about users, test assumptions, and still create a Done Increment every Sprint.

During the course, you will learn how to frame work as problems to solve, include UX work in the Product Backlog, connect customer insight with Scrum events and decisions, and balance discovery with delivery. You will also work with hypotheses, experiments, feedback, and measures to move the conversation from outputs toward outcomes and impact.

The class uses an ongoing case study, practical exercises, and team discussion. You will experience how Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and UX specialists can collaborate without creating separate tracks or handing work from one discipline to another.

PSU is particularly useful for people who already understand Scrum and want to improve how their team learns from users and makes product decisions. It is also valuable for UX professionals who want to work more effectively within Scrum.

The course includes access to the Scrum.org Professional Scrum with User Experience I (PSU I) assessment and gives you practical techniques for integrating UX with Professional Scrum while keeping value, learning, and customer outcomes at the center.
